This keypad is called P+R (plastic keycaps + rubber keypad). The keycaps are sprayed silver ink and the artworks are laser etched. Then sprayed UV overcoating to protect the artworks from scratching and stuck to the rubber keypad.

Both the plastic and rubber mold are cut by our own mold department. We can cut molds with you 2D or 3D drawing. We mainly produce rubber products includes rubber keypads, rubber seals, rubber gaskets, rubber o-rings, conductive rubber keypad, mobile phone keypads and other rubber products that used in automobile, electornics, computers etc.

We also have all process for making rubber products such as silkscreen, bat printing, spraying, laser etch and epoxy coating.
